Kellihers Trade Accounts

Kellihers Electrical offers two types of trade accounts: Standard Cash Account and Credit Account, both of which are subject to approval from the Kellihers Credit Control Team. 

To apply for a Kellihers Trade Account, please fill the application form out, which requires a credit limit amount. The Kellihers Credit Control Team will review your application and get back to you shortly.

A Kellihers Standard (Cash Account) allows businesses to access exclusive prices and benefits and purchase products without credit. Payment is required at the time of purchase, ensuring a straightforward transaction process.

To set up a Kellihers Standard Cash Account, please fill the application form out, do not request credit limit. Kelihers Credit Control Team will review your application and get back to you shortly.

As a Kellihers Trade Account holder, you will enjoy:

  • exclusive discounts,
  • access to bulk purchasing options,
  • the ability to add multiple buyers,
  • free shipping,
  • the option to pay outstanding invoices,
  • and the ability to manage your credit limits for more flexible purchasing. 

You can manage your credit limit by logging into your Kellihers Trade Account and navigating to the portal. You can pay outstanding invoices and request statements of online and in-store purchases. Yes, Standard Cash Account holders can take advantage of competitive pricing and special promotions. You will also have access to our full range of products without the need for credit checks.

MyAccount - Your Kellihers Account Online

To access your Kellihers Trade Account online, visit the sign in page using the same contact email associated with your existing Kellihers Trade Account. If iyou haven't signed in or created an online account yet, follow the prompts to set one up. 

No, an online account can only be created if you have an existing Kellihers Trade Account (Cash or Credit). If you do not have a Trade Account, please apply today and set up one.

MyAccount is a dedicated online platform for Kellihers Trade customers (Cash and Credit accounts), allowing them to effectively manage their account, view invoices, create order templates, manage wishlists, and add buyers to the account.

To gain online access to My Portal, your organisation must designated an Admin. The Admin must use the same contact email associated with your Kellihers Trade Account to create an online access. This ensures that the Admin has the necessary permissions to manage the account effectively.

Yes, you can easily update your account information by logging into your account. From there, you can modify your personal details (name, phone number), and shipping addresses to ensure a smooth shopping experience. To update your company’s information, please contact Rexel Credit Control Team by emailing Debora Buckley at debora.buckley@rexel.ie

In MyAccount, you can view invoices, available credit, place orders, create and save order templates for future use, manage wishlists for easy ordering, and add or remove buyers from your account. This centralised platform streamlines your account management and enhances your purchasing experience.

If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the sign-in page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.

Your username is the email that you choose at the moment of your application, and it is contacted with your company’s detail as an admin, please, contact our web team at websales@rexel.ie if you forget.

Shipping & Tracking

We offer two shipping options, including standard delivery and collecting your order from one of our 24 branches nationwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and type of account.

Our shipping service covers the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time. 

Our shipping rates vary depending on the type of account you have and the destination of delivery. Shipping fees will be calculated after any discounts or promo codes are applied and before any taxes are added. 

Guest Account: 

  • €10 fee on orders up to €410 in value excluding VAT 
  • €20 fee on orders from €411 - €815 in value excluding VAT 
  • €50 fee on orders from €816 - €2,035 in value excluding VAT 
  • Free shipping on orders over €2,036 

Oversized items incur a shipping fee of €150 
Collect in Branch orders incur a €10 administration fee 

 

Kellihers Standard (Cash Account): 

  • €10 fee on orders up to €410 in value excluding VAT 
  • €20 fee on orders from €411 - €815 in value excluding VAT 
  • €50 fee on orders from €816 - €1,630 in value excluding VAT  
  • Free shipping on orders over €1,631 

Collect in Branch and oversized products are free of charge 

 

Kellihers Trade (Credit Account) has a free shipping offer applying to all orders.  

Orders containing items marked as "In Stock" typically ship within 4-5 business days from the time your order is placed. Please refer to the “order status message” on the product page for specific items. 

For items marked as “Special Order Items,” these need to be ordered from our vendors and may take between 10 to 15 business days to be shipped. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order is packed and ready for dispatch. 

You can track your order using the following methods: 

  1. Follow the instructions included in your shipping confirmation email to track your order through the courier’s website.  

  1. Contact the web team at websales@rexel.ie or at (+353) 87 612 9730 for assistance. 

If you have created a web account, you can change your address by logging in, clicking on "My Account," and then "View Addresses" to edit the desired address. If you wish to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us directly at websales@rexel.ie or at (+353) 87 612 9730.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery method. However, if you need to adjust, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Collect in Branch

Yes, customers can collect their orders from any of Kellihers Electrical' 24 branches nationwide. Orders are usually ready for collection within 4-5 business days. Once your order is prepared, you will receive a notification email. Before visiting your chosen branch, please ensure you have received the confirmation email, check the opening hours using our Store Locator Page. 

Collect in Branch is valid only if selected by customer when placing an order, and only for orders confirmed via Order Pickup Notification email.

Instructions: 

  • Step 1: Place Your Order 
    Add all items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your email address in the Contact Information section to receive order confirmation and pickup notification emails. Select Collect in Branch in the Delivery Method section and select your preferred branch location. 
     
  • Step 2: Receive Your Order Pickup Notification 
    Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for collection. Please do not visit the pickup location until you receive this notification. 
     
  • Step 3: Collect Your Order 
    After receiving your order collection notification email, visit the branch to collect your order. Bring a printed or digital version of the order pickup notification email and a photo ID that matches the name on the order confirmation email. 
     
  • Step 4: Finding Your Click and Collect Location 
    Your order will be held behind the trade counter. Please ask one of our sales representatives for your order. Remember to check opening hours and bring your Order Notification Email and a matching photo ID. 

To collect your order from one of our branches, please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your order confirmation email. This ensures a smooth pickup process and helps us verify your identity.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the goods are in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in a saleable condition. 

Exceptions: Non-refundable products, such as Final Sales & Open Box Items, are clearly identified in our product descriptions. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the type of return and the item’s condition upon return. 

If you suspect the goods, you purchased are faulty, please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange an exchange or replacement – please see list of manufacturers.

Upon receiving your delivery, please check for any damage or discrepancies and ensure the correct quantity has been delivered. If the goods are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at websales@rexel.ie with photographic evidence within 2 business days of delivery.

To request a return, please follow these steps: 

  • Send us the return form by emailing websales@rexel.ie . We will provide further details on how to process your return. 
     
  • Once we receive the item, we will conduct a quality check. A refund will be initiated as soon as the returned goods are approved, and you will receive an email notification when this is complete. 
     
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. 
     
  •  Return labels incur a €12 flat fee, which will be deducted from your refund. 
     
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Currently, we are unable to exchange items. Customers wishing to return an item and purchase another will receive a full refund on their returned item and can place a new order for the desired item.

Kellihers Electrical offers authentic, high-quality products manufactured by industry-leading brands. Product warranties are provided and supported by the manufacturer. We recommend reviewing the product warranty before completing your order. If the product does not function as originally described while under warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly, please see list of manufactures with contact details. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us for guidance. 

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact our web team at websales@rexel.ie within 2 business days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Yes, certain items are non-returnable, including custom orders and products marked as Final Sale or Open Box Items. Please refer to our product descriptions for specific return policies.

If you have changed your mind and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us at websales@rexel.ie, and we will assist you with cancelling your order. Please note that orders with items marked as "In Stock" are typically shipped within 4-5 business days. 

Items not regularly stocked on our website are considered Special Order Items. Special order requests may take longer to process and deliver. All special-order items are non-refundable and require payment before the order is placed with the manufacturer. 

Yes, an invoice will be sent to your email once your order is placed. You can also log in to your account or create an account to access all your order invoices at any time.

Our system will always keep your records updated online and in-store, giving your account manager visibility of your recent purchases.

Placing an order online allows you to shop at your convenience, 24/7, and access our full range of products. Ordering through your account manager may provide personalised service, tailored recommendations, and assistance with bulk orders, specific shipping arrangements, or special orders.

No, orders placed online are processed independently of your account manager. Your account manager has access to your online and in-store invoices through our system. If you would like your account manager to be aware of a specific online order or template you have set up, please inform them directly.
