Return and Refund Policy

At Kellihers Electrical, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below. 

 
General Return Policy 

 

We accept returns from all customers, including guests and account holders, within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met: 

  • The goods are in their original packaging. 
  • The items are unused, undamaged, and in a saleable condition. 

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Fill Out the Return Request Form: You will need to complete a return request form, which can be found here
  2. Contact Our Web Team: Email us at websales@rexel.ie. to inform us of your intention to return an item with the return form attached. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return. 
  3. Return Options: You can choose to return your item either by: 
    1. Returning in-store: If you prefer to return your item in person, please visit one of our 24 branches. Bring your return request form and the item you wish to return. Our staff will assist you with the return process; however, they won’t be able to provide a refund. 
    2. Returning by Post: If you choose to return the item by post, please follow the instructions provided by the web team. 

Faulty Goods 

If you suspect that the goods you purchased are faulty, please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange for an exchange or replacement product. You can find the contact details for the relevant supplier by clicking on Technical Assistance.

 
Delivery Inspection 

Upon receiving your delivery, please ensure that you check your goods for any damage and verify that the correct quantity has been delivered. If the goods are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. This must be done within 2 days of delivery. 

If there is a discrepancy with any of the items in your delivered order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. This must also be done within 2 days of delivery. 
 

Exceptions 

Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy: 

  • Non-refundable products, such as Final Sales and Open Box Items, are clearly identified in our product descriptions as non-returnable. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  •  Return labels incur a €12 flat fee, which will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Refund Policy 

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund according to the following guidelines: 

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy conditions. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Non-refundable products, such as Final Sales and Open Box Items.

 

Exchange Policy 

 

At this time, we are unable to exchange items. Customers who wish to return an item and purchase another will receive a full refund on their returned item and can place a new order for the desired item.
